The Fertility Tree
I’ve had a lot of requests for a picture of the Fertility Tree so here it is, taken one fine Saturday morning. There’s a gazebo at the back and the Carillon on the side. Next year UP celebrates its Centenial Year and the UPLB Centenial Committee is identifying heritage trees or
“trees in the different constitutent universities that showcase ethnobotanical and historical value.” I think everyone would agree, the Fertility Tree would be one of those heritage trees.
What else should we consider as heritage trees?

I don’t think there’s any other three which gives UPLB a distinct and very productive image.
